The NAI List of Arbitrators has been published and is now available to the public on the Netherlands Arbitration Institute website (link). With this step, the NAI is increasing transparency.

On 16 June 2025, Anne-Marie Tijs started as Senior Legal Counsel at the NAI. So it’s about time to introduce her.

As of 1 July 2025, Hilde van der Baan has been appointed chair of the board of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute. In addition, Tom Claassens and Jeroen van Hezewijk have joined the board as of that date.

As of July 1, 2025, the NAI will adjust the administration fees for arbitration and binding advice proceedings.
